£100,000 · four investors
Receivables Investor
Funds are kept separate from the operating business and used only to finance qualifying energy-customer receivables.
The opportunity
A £150,000 direct raise allocates £100,000 to receivables finance and £50,000 to operating growth capital.

Commercial relationships
Operate their own customer journeys, technology and acquisition channels under contract with SwitchFair. Duke Leads–FZCO is the initial partner.
Owns the switchfair.co.uk domain and manages partner contracts, pre-payments, reporting and the commercial flow of customer acquisition activity.
Provide supplier connectivity and manage the operating and commercial interface with participating suppliers.
Receive qualifying customer switches and pay the resulting commissions that create programme receivables.
Why growth is constrained
Online advertising gateways such as Google and Instagram require payment in advance. Acquisition partners therefore prefer pre-payment as well.
Traditional affiliate businesses are commonly owner-managed, including many high-volume operators. Their ability to grow is often constrained by the capital available to fund the next cycle of customer acquisition.
This working-capital gap is the only material limiting factor identified for SwitchFair's near-term growth.
Purpose of the programme
The SwitchFair Capital Investor Programme provides the working capital needed to pre-fund affiliate acquisition, generate additional supplier receivables and scale an already operational model.
Evidence
Deployment flexibility
If energy-market conditions cause suppliers to suspend new customer acquisition, SwitchFair Capital can pause new sales rather than continuing to fund acquisition into a closed market.
Qualifying commissions already earned on submitted and accepted sales would ordinarily continue through the applicable supplier settlement cycle. New deployment can then restart when supplier appetite returns.
Collection remains subject to supplier solvency, contractual terms, cancellations, clawbacks and the eligibility of individual sales.
